Shipping Policy
Where we ship: FireFly Home ships to all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and US territories (APO/FPO addresses supported via USPS).
Cost: Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum. We cover the cost of shipping so the price you see is the price you pay.
Processing time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your label is printed.
Delivery window: Standard shipping within the contiguous US arrives in 3–7 business days from the ship date. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories typically arrive in 5–10 business days. Actual transit times are set by USPS and UPS and may vary during peak periods.
Carrier: We ship via USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground — whichever offers the best combination of speed and reliability for your destination.
Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after pickup.
Lost or damaged packages: If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally scan early) and check with neighbors. If it still has not arrived, email fireflysmartlighting@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a carrier claim. If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product and we will ship a replacement at no cost.
International orders: We currently ship only within the United States. International expansion is on our roadmap but not yet available.
Address changes: If you need to change the shipping address on an order that has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier.
